PureEco Coat is a Chenics coating system applied under PET film and pressed with a roller. Contact us about application conditions for matte or high-gloss finishes. Room temperature cure

Roller pressing
A roller presses the film over the coating. Confirm application quantity and pressing conditions for the substrate and desired finish.
Film-press process
Apply → cover with film → roller press → cure. Surface preparation and additional steps depend on the application.
Coating process
1Surface prep & application
Sand and clean the substrate (MDF, veneer, LPM…), then pour the premixed resin and hardener evenly over the surface.
2PET film cover
A transparent PET film is placed over the wet coating, sealing the surface and transferring a flawless finish onto the paint.
3Roller press
A pressure roller passes over the film, pushing out air bubbles and building a thick, uniform layer in a single pass.
4Room temp cure
No UV lamps or ovens — fully cured in about 2–3 hours at 25°C.
5Peel & finish
Peel away the film to reveal a mirror smooth surface — no sanding or polishing needed.
