Product specifications

Check product technical and test documents for solids, VOC content and applicable environmental criteria.

Working conditions

Working conditions

Odor is not a measure of safety. Follow the product SDS and site requirements for ventilation, protective equipment and handling.

Finish selection

Finish selection

Discuss the substrate and intended use with us. Confirm product suitability and weathering performance before outdoor use.

Room temperature cure

Room temperature cure

The process uses room temperature curing. Consult the TDS for handling and full-cure times at the specified temperature and film thickness.

Roller pressing

Roller pressing

A roller presses the film over the coating. Confirm application quantity and pressing conditions for the substrate and desired finish.

Film-press process

Film-press process

Apply → cover with film → roller press → cure. Surface preparation and additional steps depend on the application.

Coating process

  1. Surface prep & application
    1

    Surface prep & application

Sand and clean the substrate (MDF, veneer, LPM…), then pour the premixed resin and hardener evenly over the surface.

  2. PET film cover
    2

    PET film cover

A transparent PET film is placed over the wet coating, sealing the surface and transferring a flawless finish onto the paint.

  3. Roller press
    3

    Roller press

A pressure roller passes over the film, pushing out air bubbles and building a thick, uniform layer in a single pass.

  4. Room temp cure
    4

    Room temp cure

No UV lamps or ovens — fully cured in about 2–3 hours at 25°C.

  5. Peel & finish
    5

    Peel & finish

Peel away the film to reveal a mirror smooth surface — no sanding or polishing needed.
